These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CozmoChart (the “Service”), an astrology application operated by CozmoChart (“CozmoChart”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, purchasing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CozmoChart and all charts, progressions, transits, forecasts, readings and consultations provided through it are offered for entertainment and personal interest purposes only. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind — including medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship advice. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make. Always consult a qualified professional for important matters.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and to make purchases. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may close your account at any time.
The Service computes astrological charts from the birth information you enter and generates written readings, forecasts, and related features. Some readings are produced with the assistance of third-party artificial-intelligence providers. Output is generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or vary between requests; it does not represent fact or prediction of real events.
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals, and you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Because readings and other digital items are delivered immediately and are personalized, completed purchases and generated readings are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the request in good faith.
The Service may let you share a chart with, or purchase a consultation from, an independent astrologer. Such consultations are provided by the astrologer, remain for entertainment purposes, and are facilitated by CozmoChart as the merchant of record. Chart data is shared with an astrologer only when you explicitly choose to do so, and you can revoke access at any time.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: violating any law; infringing others’ rights; uploading another person’s personal data without authority; attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours; reverse engineering, scraping, or copying the Service or its proprietary methods; or interfering with its operation or security.
The Service, including its software, design, text, calculation methods, and proprietary interpretive lexicon, is owned by CozmoChart or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may use readings you generate for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You retain ownership of the birth and chart information you enter. You grant us a licence to process it to operate the Service (including computing charts and generating readings). Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service relies on third parties such as Stripe (payments), AI providers (reading generation), and calendar providers (optional forecast sync). Your use of those integrations may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CozmoChart will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold CozmoChart harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CozmoChart's operating entity is established (to be finalized before commercial launch), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence continue to apply.
